LSTME Busan is present our work in the field of Food Technology and Engineering with a large delegation of six colleagues at the annual conference of the European Federation of Food Science and Technology. We are also looking forward to the meetings with our european industrial and academic collaborators. Our presentations will cover topics like gas hydrate based dewatering for fruit juices, antioxidants from fish waste hydrolysates, strategies and techniques for biofilm based biomass production as well as mash cycle optimisation for adjunct brewing.
